Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Mars Neighbor is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
